Passion in what we do
With over 15 Years of Clinical Experience in Audiology, Tracy Saunders is a trusted Audiologist Dedicated to Delivering Exceptional Hearing care. As the owner and lead Audiologist at Happy Hearing, she has built a patient-focused clinic grounded in Compassion, Community Care, and Evidence-based Audiology Services.
Tracy earned her Master of Clinical Science (M.Cl.Sc.) in Audiology From Western University, one of Canada’s leading institutions for Audiology education. Her advanced training allows her to provide comprehensive services, including Hearing Assessments, Hearing aid Fittings, and Tinnitus Management using the latest technology and clinical best practices.
Specializing in care across all age groups, Tracy is also certified through Ontario’s Infant Hearing Program. She can perform newborn hearing screenings if referred by a family doctor. She also works closely alongside other IHP Audiologists to provide testing and intervention for newborns and children with hearing loss with hearing loss, when appropriate. This additional pediatric specialization highlights her commitment to Family-Centered Hearing Care and lifelong auditory health.

Why Tracy Started Happy Hearing
Tracy founded Happy Hearing with a simple but powerful mission: to provide compassionate, accessible, and evidence-based Audiology care to her community. She recognizes that hearing loss doesn’t just affect individuals — it impacts families, relationships, and quality of life.
Rather than viewing patients as just another appointment, Tracy takes ample time to understand each person’s unique needs, concerns, life experiences and goals. She believes that the best hearing care comes from listening and focusing not just on the ears, but to the whole person.
